If your servicer is not currently participating in a Nevada Hardest Hit FundŽ program, you may want to call them and encourage them to do so. A homeowner cannot receive assistance if their servicer has not signed an agreement with Nevada Hardest Hit FundŽ Program.

In order for Nevada Hardest Hit FundŽ to be its most effective for borrowers, the loan servicing companies need to be signed up with the Nevada Hardest Hit FundŽ. Servicer/lenders interested in participating in the Hardest Hit FundŽ programs should contact renolaw@nahac.org for information and an application package.
